⭐ What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading day-to-day centre operations, staffing and compliance with confidence
• Inspiring, mentoring and supporting educators to be their best selves
• Building strong, trusting relationships with families and the wider community
• Bringing EYLF v2.0, QKLG, the Shared Foundations Approach and Child Safe Standards to life
• Championing high-quality learning environments, documentation and practice

💛 About You

• Experienced Centre Director or senior early childhood leader ready to step up
• Diploma or bachelor’s in early childhood (ACECQA-approved)
• Strong knowledge of the NQS, NQF and regulatory requirements
• A confident communicator with strong organisational skills
• A warm, inclusive leader who leads with heart and puts child safety first
