About the Role
  
Working closely with the sales, commercial and administration teams, you will play an important role in supporting the organisation’s marketing activities and day-to-day operations.
This is a genuinely varied role, where no two days are the same.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating B2B marketing materials from concept and design through to print
• Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns through HubSpot
• Creating engaging social media content
• Product photography and photo editing
• Maintaining and updating website content
• Graphic design across a variety of marketing materials
• Creating product labels and barcodes
• Designing merchandise and product displays
• Preparing monthly sales and analysis reports
• Producing customer price lists and assisting with margin calculations
• Responding to customer enquiries and processing sales orders
• Supporting general administration, data entry and invoicing as required

About You
  
To be successful, you will ideally have:

• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Strong Canva skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• The ability to multitask and meet competing deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A friendly, professional and positive attitude
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team

Experience in product photography and photo editing will be highly regarded.
A qualification in marketing, graphic design or a related field is advantageous; however, practical experience, creativity and the right attitude are equally valued.
