Summit Facilities Group
About the role
At Summit Facilities Group, we manage a diverse portfolio of residential buildings with a focus on quality, reliability, and transparency. Known for our hands-on and proactive approach, we work closely with clients and residents to create safe, well-maintained, and thriving communities.
Our collaborative culture, robust operational systems, industry-leading processes, and experienced leadership team provide Building Managers with the support, tools, and expertise to succeed. By combining innovative technology with deep industry knowledge, Summit has established itself as a leader in residential building and facilities management.
You'll be working closely with Owners Corporation Committees, residents, contractors, and the Summit team to ensure the residential complex is safe, compliant, well maintained, and running smoothly.
This role combines customer service, stakeholder management, and technical building operations. One moment you'll be managing stakeholder enquiries, the next you'll be coordinating contractors, reviewing compliance requirements, or troubleshooting a building infrastructure issue.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, solutions-focused, and eager to learn. While building management experience is highly regarded, attitude, initiative, and a willingness to develop are equally important.
