Support Worker – Aged Care | Howard Springs | Flexible Subcontract

Are you a compassionate and reliable Aged Care Support Worker looking for flexible, meaningful work?

We are currently looking for experienced Aged Care Support Workers in Howard Springs to support our aged care client in their everyday lives. As an independent contractor, you choose your own hours, clients, and shifts — giving you the flexibility to work on your terms

What the role involves:

• Personal care and daily living support
• Community access and social participation
• Domestic assistance and transport
• Companionship and social support

What we're looking for:

• Experience in Dementia Care
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional
• Strong communicator who builds trust with clients
• Comfortable working independently
• All experience levels welcome

Requirements:

• Current First Aid Certificate (within 3 years)
• Current CPR Certificate (within 12 months)
• Current Police Check (within 3 years)
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module (free online)
• Infection Control Training – BASICS_INFECTION_CRTL module (free online)
• ABN (free to obtain at abr.gov.au)
• 100 Points of ID & Bank Details
• Reference contact details
