📍 Afternoon Shift: 2pm – 10pm

📍 Night Shift: 10pm – 6am

We’re looking for someone who demonstrates strong leadership potential, adaptability in a fast-changing environment, and a proactive, dependable approach to work. You’ll have a genuine desire to learn, develop and take on new challenges, while consistently contributing to a positive and professional team culture.

You’ll also bring sound judgement, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to make sensible decisions independently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Safe operation of production machinery

• Completing paperwork & conducting quality checks

• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

• Following company policies, procedures & safe work practices

🎯 What We're Looking For

We're seeking team players who are reliable, hardworking, and eager to grow.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience in machine operation (manufacturing preferred)

• Previous leadership experience is desirable

• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding abilities

• High attention to detail and a proactive work ethic

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Good WHS awareness and knowledge of production processes

• Clear written and verbal English communication

• Basic conversational level English comprehension required for written documentation

Bonus points for:

• Forklift license & experience

• Background in EPS manufacturing

Starting Hourly Rate

$27.67 - $29.36 + shift loading
