Occupational Therapists – Southern Adelaide – Adult and/or Paediatrics

About the role

We're growing, and we're looking for OTs who are passionate about helping people build independence, confidence, and participation in everyday life - no matter what stage of your career you're at. Work with participants across the lifespan, from young children through to adults, with a caseload shaped around your strengths, interests and experience. A genuine mix of community-based work and clinic-based sessions with manageable caseloads that prioritise quality care over volume.

Key responsibilities

• Completing assessments and delivering goal-focused, evidence-based interventions

• Supporting daily living skills, emotional regulation, sensory processing, and motor development

• Encouraging community participation and engagement

• Working closely with families, carers, educators, and other professionals

• Providing assistive technology recommendations and reports

• Delivering therapy in homes, schools, clinics, and the wider community

• Keeping clear, high-quality documentation and reports

About you

• Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy

• Are AHPRA registered (or eligible) - new grads genuinely welcome

• Care about person-centred, evidence-based practice

• Enjoy (or are curious about) working in community settings

• Have solid communication and report-writing skills

• Are familiar with the NDIS, or keen to learn - we'll support you either way

• Are organised, proactive, and share our values

• Hold (or are willing to obtain) a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening

• Have Australian working rights

• Have a driver's licence and access to a car for community-based work, or be willing to discuss clinic-based options if this is a barrier
