Sales, Training & Safety Support

Darwin NT | Fixed Term contract until 02/2027 | Monday to Friday

Synergie Australia is seeking an organised and proactive Sales, Training & Safety Support professional to join a well-established business based in Winnellie.

This is a varied position combining WHS and training coordination, internal sales, customer service and administration, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and being involved across different areas of a business.

About the Role

Working Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating employee and contractor inductions
• Supporting WHS processes, hazard reporting and incident investigations
• Conducting scheduled workplace safety inspections
• Maintaining training records and coordinating training requirements
• Following up outstanding training and refresher requirements
• Monitoring the sales inbox and responding to customer enquiries
• Following up quotes and estimates
• Assisting walk-in customers and processing orders
• Liaising with production, schedulers and site contacts regarding deliveries and priorities
• Providing general administration and operational support to the branch

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, confident and comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience in administration, WHS, training coordination, internal sales or a similar role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• An understanding of workplace safety and hazard identification
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to support the wider team

A Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety would be highly regarded but is not essential.
