About the role

Karen Willis Holmes is seeking a passionate, motivated and experienced fashion or bridal retailer lead the small team in the Alexandria boutique. At KWH, we provide a luxurious and intimate bridal experience that is sincere and personal. We aim to make this part of a bride's journey luxurious & unforgettable, from the moment they arrive until the final fit collection of the gown. Rewarding commission structure to affirm great service and results.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out one on one bridal appointments, supporting brides through their bridal journey and creating meaningful relationships

• Undertake associated administration for customer orders including tracking, size confirmations, and payment processing

• Ensure an exceptionally presented store at all times

• Oversight and contribution to store social media

• Quality control of incoming gowns

• Use of Bridal Live software for booking appointments and making orders

• Attend bridal expos or special events as required

About you

• Previous bridal or fashion experience

• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and problem solving

• Exceptional and inclusive customer service

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

• Exceptional presentation and communication

• Availability to work Saturdays

• Based in greater Sydney

• Eligible to work in Australia

Availability:

• Full Time or Permanent Part time for the right candidate.

• Saturdays are essential
