The Project

This exciting project involves the delivery of a major infrastructure and facilities development. The scope includes the construction of modern buildings, functional workspaces, and landscaped outdoor areas designed to support a range of operational and community needs. The project aims to create high-quality, sustainable facilities that will provide long-term value and contribute positively to the local community.

Your opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll provide accurate and timely administrative support to ensure smooth project operations. You’ll be an experienced all-rounder who thrives on managing multiple tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

• Previous administration experience within the construction, resources, or heavy industry sectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to coordinate, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with employees and key stakeholders.
