Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for all properties under management.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers to ensure quality workmanship.
• Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance and repair projects.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes to prolong the lifespan of facilities.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenditures.
• Assist in the preparation of reports for management regarding building conditions and maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Building Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in building supervision or property management.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance practices.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
