Job Description

As an after sales & purchasing administrator, you'll be collaborating with the sales and after sales teams in Brisbane and Currumbin (Gold Coast). Placing purchase orders and working with our supply chain team you'll maintain an exceptional level of customer satisfaction. Experience in Farming/Agriculture would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.

The successful applicant will be trained on all aspects of our CRM, ERP, sales and after/sales customer services operations, currently supplying AgTech products to a diverse customer base located throughout Australia and New Zealand. This is a Full-time Monday-Friday position with flexible working hours available between 8am – 5pm.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Focus on providing outstanding customer care and relationship building.

• Respond to all inbound enquiries, through various channels in a timely manner.

• Process purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner.

• Provide support in inventory management, shipping and accounts.

• Maintain and update CRM & ERP systems.

• Serve as the interface between sales team and supply chain.

• Understand and follow company guidelines and procedures.

You as the ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Bookkeeping/Customer Service/Farming background, ideally with previous experience.

• Accuracy in data entry and attention to detail.

• Experience with XERO or similar.

• Competence in the use of computer systems including Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word.

• Organised, reliable and punctual.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

• Quick to gain product knowledge and keen to remain up to date with new products.

• Willingness to learn new skills and systems.

• Ability to work within a busy team environment or work autonomously when required.

• Common sense, self-motivated, customer focused, and hardworking.
