The Business Manager is responsible for delivering high-level business, operational and administrative support to the Top End team, within the Department of the Chief Minister and Cabinet. The role coordinates secretariat functions, prepares ministerial and executive briefings, reports and correspondence, and supports the unit’s corporate activities, including travel, records management, procurement, financial and human resources management.

The position also supports strategic projects and regional priorities, ensuring effective business operations, compliance and engagement across the region.

The team is seeking a highly capable administrator with experience in organising meetings, preparing meeting papers and taking minutes.
