Project Coordinator – Full-Time

Job Description

Green User is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Ravenhall, Victoria.

This is a full-time, ongoing position working 38 hours per week, supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of residential energy-efficiency projects across Victoria.

The successful candidate will work with management, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to coordinate project activities, documentation, resources and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning, schedules, documentation and administrative requirements.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal resources.
• Support resource and logistics planning across multiple projects.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and variations.
• Maintain accurate project and operational documentation.
• Coordinate information relating to contractors, work orders and project variations.
• Collect and analyse project data and prepare performance reports for management.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding project requirements and delivery.
• Support compliance with relevant operational, safety and program requirements.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM, project management and business systems.

Skill & Experience

• Relevant bachelor degree qualification.
• Must have one year of work experience. 
• Demonstrated experience in project coordination or project administration.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers or multiple projects.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience using CRM or project management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in energy, energy-efficiency, renewable energy, construction or HVAC will be highly regarded.
