Archer Building Group is looking for a motivated Carpentry Apprentice to join our growing team.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across insurance repairs, commercial works, residential projects and make-safe services while learning from experienced tradespeople who take the time to teach the job properly.

We care about quality work, but we care just as much about our people. You’ll join a supportive team where people are treated with respect, help each other out and take pride in what they achieve together.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Learn practical carpentry and general building skills.

• Work alongside experienced carpenters and trades.

• Assist with tools, materials and site preparation.

• Help keep worksites safe, tidy and organised.

• Attend trade school and work towards your Certificate III in Carpentry.

• Follow instructions, ask questions and take pride in your work.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine interest in carpentry and construction.

• A reliable, positive and willing-to-learn attitude.

• Good communication and the ability to work as part of a team.

• A strong work ethic and willingness to have a go.

• Current White Card.

• Current Driver Licence.

• Commitment to completing a carpentry apprenticeship.
