Working within the Organisational Development team, you will lead meaningful work across inclusion, culture and gender equality, turning our commitments into practical initiatives that make a difference for our people.

About the role

As our Senior Inclusion and Culture Partner, you'll be a trusted adviser and collaborator, working across the organisation to influence change and strengthen inclusive practice.

• Support the design, implementation and evaluation of organisation-wide culture, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
• Provide specialist advice and guidance on gender equality, inclusion and workplace culture strategies.
• Drive the delivery and ongoing monitoring of our Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP).
• Develop tools and resources that strengthen inclusive workplace practices.
• Analyse workforce data and prepare reports for executive leaders and external regulatory bodies.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to influence positive cultural outcomes.
• Lead and mentor the Culture and Inclusion Partner while contributing to broader People Experience initiatives and projects

About you

You're an experienced culture and inclusion professional who can bring people with you. You are comfortable moving between strategy and delivery, whether that's advising leaders, making sense of workforce data, developing practical initiatives or working alongside teams to create change.

You will bring:

• Experience delivering organisation-wide culture change, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of the Gender Equality Act 2020 and contemporary equality and inclusion practice.
• Strong analytical capability and confidence using workforce data to identify insights and inform action.
• The ability to build trusted relationships, engage stakeholders and influence at different levels in the organisation.
• Experience developing practical, people-focused initiatives.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources or a related discipline.
