Working within the Organisational Development
team, you will lead meaningful work across inclusion, culture and gender
equality, turning our commitments into practical initiatives that make a
difference for our people.

About the role
As our Senior Inclusion and Culture Partner, you'll be a trusted adviser and collaborator, working across the organisation to influence change and strengthen inclusive practice.
About you
You're an experienced culture and inclusion professional who can bring people with you. You are comfortable moving between strategy and delivery, whether that's advising leaders, making sense of workforce data, developing practical initiatives or working alongside teams to create change.
