Woodcutters Restaurant is a dining destination located at Nikola Estate, one of Western Australia’s oldest and most picturesque wineries. Set among stunning grounds, our venue is a popular choice for weddings and special events, and this is an exciting opportunity to be part of those unforgettable celebrations.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team on a Full Time basis, working primarily in the restaurant assisting the restaurant manager but also assisting in functions and weddings. We’re looking for a Full-Time F&B Attendant to join our team at Woodcutters Restaurant.

Working primarily across the restaurant, you’ll play an important role in delivering warm, professional and memorable experiences for our guests. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in our weddings, private functions and events, helping us deliver exceptional service from start to finish.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy hospitality environment and takes pride in great food, wine and service.

• Delivering friendly, professional and attentive service across the restaurant

• Taking orders and providing knowledgeable food and beverage service

• Creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest

• Assisting with restaurant setup, service and pack down

• Supporting weddings, functions and private events as required

• Serving food and beverages across plated, shared and cocktail-style events

• Processing cash and card transactions

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene

• Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests and enquiries

• Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and RSA requirements

• Assisting the Restaurant manager with stock takes, customer bookings, menu creation, online enquiries and responses and any other tasks

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in food and beverage or hospitality service

• Passionate about delivering great customer experiences

• Confident, friendly and professional with guests

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team

• Reliable, energetic and willing to get stuck in

• Interested in developing their hospitality skills and progress their career

• Holds a current RSA
