Base Salary From $90,000 + Super + Group Wide Discounts

As one of our driven leaders you’ll share your passion with those around you and empower your team to deliver memorable experiences for our customers. The ROLE:

• Empower your team through inspiring communication and leadership
• Utilise your commercial acumen and strong strategic planning skills to drive your team to achieve budgets and KPIs
• Build a culture that is centred around understanding your community, utilising customer feedback as a pillar in your decision making
• Act as a role model and a visionary, creating excitement around team development, business initiatives and customer experience
• Make the best use of the extensive resources and support to help you grow as a leader and build your team through training and development
