Operations Administrator

Dutt has a great opportunity for an Operations Administrator! Join a high performing team with a down the earth culture - based at our QLD office in Willawong.

This position will suit your similar administrative experience, or perhaps you have a strong background in transport operations and are looking to take your knowledge to an office-based role.

Key responsibilities

• Managing transport enquiries inbox

• Supporting project work, scheduling and data entry

• Managing bookings and daily follow-ups

• Liaising with transport partners and subcontractors

• Assisting allocators and supervisors during busy periods

• Provide general administrative support to the operations team

• Attention to detail, and the ability to easily follow processes

• Team player, with a flexible and collaborative approach

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure

• Proactive, positive attitude, with a solution focused approach 

• Microsoft Office Suite experience
