Chef de Partie – Full Time

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, with the opportunity to progress to a full-time role for the right candidate.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is passionate about food, eager to learn, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, professional environment.

About the Role

• Assist in the preparation and service of high-quality dishes to our restaurant standards

• Work across different sections of the kitchen as required

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace

• Follow recipes, systems, and service procedures

• Support senior chefs and contribute to a positive team culture

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen ( hatted restaurant preferred )

• Minimum 1-2 years of professional kitchen experience required

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Passion for seasonal produce and quality cooking

• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude

• Flexibility with evenings and weekends

• Australian work rights required for this position
