Associate (Family Law)

The Role

We are seeking a passionate Associate to join our team in either our Melbourne CBD or Dandenong office. In this role you will manage a diverse caseload of matters in the area of Family Law, including:

• Divorce & separation
• Child custody & parenting arrangements
• Child support and binding child support agreements
• Spousal maintenance & financial agreements
• Property settlements
• Family violence intervention orders

*Experience in the area of Wills and Estates will be advantageous.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: LLB or JD, Victorian PC, admission to the SCV & HCA and 3+ years’ of experience in the area of family law
• Skills: Strong drafting, litigation, negotiation, and advocacy abilities
• Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused with excellent communication skills
