Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Sydney NSW. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our sales administration operations. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently whilst building strong, lasting relationships that contribute to the success of our print solutions business.

What you'll be doing

• Managing customer enquiries and complaints through multiple communication channels including phone, email and chat

• Processing customer orders and requests with accuracy and superior attention to detail

• Providing product information and recommendations to clients in a professional and courteous manner

• Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records and documentation

• Liaising between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

• Resolving issues and concerns promptly, escalating complex matters when necessary

• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and client follow-ups

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

• Maintaining up to date knowledge of company products, services and policies

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or client administration role, ideally within a sales support environment

• Previous experience in a print solutions environment is desirable

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally with clients at all levels

• Strong organisational and time management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• A customer-focused mindset with genuine enthusiasm for delivering high-quality service

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work
