ABOUT THE ROLE:

To plan and provide high quality, nutritious meals in a safe hygienic environment.

This is a part time (0.6) leave cover position for up to 12 months.

ABOUT YOU:

You will have:

Essential:

• Current food safety certificate
• Experience and knowledge of commercial food preparation
• Adhering to Corryong Health privacy of information policy and procedures
• Ability to work in a budget
• Knowledge and experience in menu planning
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Work within WH&S legislative requirements

Desirable:

• Certificate in commercial (or equivalent) and or experience as a cook in a health organisation
• Flexible approach to working hours including weekends
• Previous experience in age care dietary requirements
• Working in a large and complex healthcare system (desirable)
• Valid Victorian or NSW Driver’s License
