About the role:

Location: Sydney CBD
Role type: Full-time or casual available
Hours: Weekday café hours

Trading hours: 6am - 4Pm
Experience: High Volume Barista experience required

We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in a long-term role. A minimum 12-month commitment is expected, as we invest time into training, systems and building a strong team.

This role would suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced coffee environment and wants to be part of a strong, supportive team.

Batch Espresso is looking for an experienced Barista to join our team.

This is a busy takeaway coffee-focused role, so we need someone who with fast hands, organised, clean and confident working in high volume café environment.

The main focus of the role is making coffee, but we are looking for someone with a team-first attitude who is happy to help where needed. This may include occasionally taking orders, restocking, running rubbish etc.

The role includes:

Making high-quality takeaway coffee
Working efficiently during busy morning rush periods

Ability to follow recipe and execute
Keeping the coffee area clean, organised and stocked
Helping take orders when the team needs support
Providing friendly and professional customer service

We are looking for someone who:

Has solid barista experience
Can handle high-volume takeaway coffee
Is reliable, punctual and well-presented
Works well in a team
Has a positive, helpful attitude
Is clean, organised and calm under pressure
Is willing to help outside the coffee machine when needed
