We’re looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Senior HR Officer to join our Corporate Services team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, you’ll be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR support and play a key role in ensuring our people processes run smoothly.

This is a true generalist opportunity where no two days are the same. You’ll gain exposure across:

• Recruitment and onboarding
• Employment Hero administration
• HR administration and employee lifecycle support
• Employment contracts and HR documentation
• Employee relations support
• WHS and compliance
• Policy administration
• HR reporting and workforce data
• HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You’ll be someone who enjoys building relationships, has a keen eye for detail and loves keeping things organised.

You’ll ideally bring:

• 1–2 years’ experience in HR, recruitment or HR administration
• A qualification (or currently studying) in Human Resources or a related discipline
• Knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards and the National Employment Standards
• Experience using HRIS platforms (Employment Hero highly regarded)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• High levels of professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail
