As a Food & Beverage Attendant in one of casual dining restaurants, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that the first and last impression is memorable.

Our venues hiring:

Food Quarter – Your one stop café for delicious dining. With flavours spanning the globe, you’ll be satisfied with irresistible cuisine at great values. 

Fat Noodle – Dynamic Asian street food restaurant created by culinary Chef, Luke Ngyuen. Serving traditional family recipes reinterpreted, day & night! 

Harvest Buffet – A feast for all senses. More than 100 different items on offer at our famous in house buffet!

G&Tea – Tea and coffee bar by day, gin bar by night. The perfect space that offers high tea, refreshing cocktails and heavenly plates of dainty ribbon sandwiches.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with our guests by providing a worldclass experience to our local, interstate and international guests.

Based on your skills and availability you will be considered for one of our venues.

A few of your responsibilities:    

• Take orders accurately and efficiently, and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue’s menu and current promotions including ingredients and preparation methods
• Anticipate guests needs to understand their preferences to provide personalised service and recommendations 
• Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchen
• Collaborate with your team to provide efficient and seamless service
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required, including setting up and breaking down of the dining area

What we are looking for:   

• Experience working in a fast paced restaurant with sound knowledge around food and beverage 
• Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to provide a memorable experience
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills 
• Flexible availability to meet venue operating hours 
• Current NSW RSA card (or interim certificate)
