Senior Civil Engineer

Are you an experienced Civil Engineer ready to take the lead on land development and infrastructure projects?

Allen Price is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, innovative solutions across major developments.

About the Role

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you'll lead the design, planning, and execution of civil projects from concept through completion. You'll collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of engineers, town planners and surveyors and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and prepare civil designs (including roads, landform, stormwater, water supply and sewer) and project delivery for land development and infrastructure projects

• Oversee design documentation, and technical reviews

• Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement

• Mentor and support junior engineering staff

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and safety requirements

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience

• Strong knowledge of design standards and engineering software including Civil 3D, Civil Site Design (ARD) and DRAINS desirable

• Proven project management skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
