Operations Manager – Growing Hospitality Franchise

Pancake Kitchen is one of South Australia’s oldest and most recognised hospitality brands, proudly part of a large and established hospitality group.

Following new ownership, the brand is entering an exciting new chapter and expanding rapidly, with current sites in Elizabeth and Reynella, plus another secret location soon to be revealed.

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our venue operations and support this exciting growth.

A hands-on leadership role overseeing multiple venues, driving performance, service standards, team development and operational excellence.

Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Area Manager, Multi-Site Manager or senior hospitality manager is essential.

You’ll bring strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, with proven experience managing teams and driving venue performance.

Franchise or multi-site experience highly regarded.
