• Build, edit and maintain reliable and fit for purpose digital learning content and assets in the LMS and associated supported tools.
• Apply technical skills to develop content and resolve production issues.
• Manage end to end production workflows and deliver to agreed deadlines.
• Conduct quality assurance and accessibility checks against agreed standards. 
• Identify and report issues and contribute to improvements in templates and processes 
• Diagnose and resolve platform and production issues, escalating where complexity requires support from relevant teams . 

• Proven ability to manage end?to?end digital production workflows, prioritise competing tasks and deliver outcomes to deadlines with minimal supervision. 
• Well?developed problem?solving skills, including the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues using established principles and tools. 
• Practical knowledge of digital learning production practices in a higher education or similarly complex environment. 
• General understanding of copyright, licensing and records management requirements as they apply to digital learning materials. 
• Awareness of contemporary digital learning platforms, tools and workflows used to support large?scale teaching and learning delivery. 
• Experience working collaboratively in cross?functional teams to deliver digital products that support teaching and learning.
