Kalamunda Toyota is seeking a friendly and people-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Perth Hills. Trainees welcome to apply.
 
Working Hours

• Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm
• No Saturday work!

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Engage with customers and build strong, positive relationships
• Manage service bookings, enquiries, and vehicle check‑ins
• Identify customer concerns and accurately estimate job costs and timelines
• Proactively update customers on the progress of their vehicle
• Obtain customer approval for additional work when required
• Support a smooth, transparent, and high‑quality service experience

  What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor (or similar) role within the automotive industry
• Current manual driver’s licence
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across a diverse client base
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time‑management and organisational abilities
• Confident computer skills and attention to detail
