About the role

We are seeking a Cafe All Rounder to join the team at Lulu's Cafe in Rockingham. This is a casual position offering flexibility and variety in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As a Cafe All Rounder, you will be the backbone of our operations, moving seamlessly between front-of-house and back-of-house duties to deliver exceptional service and support our team. What you'll be doing

• Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages with warmth and professionalism

• Operating the point-of-sale system accurately and handling cash and card transactions

• Preparing and presenting food items according to established standards

• Barista with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, including tables, counters and kitchen

• Managing stock levels and restocking supplies throughout your shift

• Responding promptly to customer queries and resolving any service issues

• Supporting team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in hospitality, waiting staff or food service is essential

• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
