BIG4 Conway Beach
We are seeking managers for a holiday park located in the Whitsundays.
Roster 14 days on and 8 days off
$116,000 per couple
Position would be best suited for a couple
Job Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Roles and Duties
Supervising the day-to-day operation of the holiday parkManaging reception and reservation dutiesAssisting park guestsManaging and working with a small team of cleaners and other staff membersOperating and ensuring safe use of park plant, machinery and equipmentEnforcing park rules OHS and regulationsRepresenting the park as requiredWorking with the local council, businesses and community groupsDaily and monthly reporting as requiredGrounds keeping tasksRunning of bingo nights, pizza nights
Skills And Experience
Be available to work weekends, school and public holidaysPossess great communication and problem-solving skillsBe confident and able to work unsupervisedHave excellent references from your previous employersMust have previous caravan park experienceExcellent customer and communications skillsHigh degree of maintenance skills is a mustAttention to detail, flexible and reliableTrade skills to assist in park maintenance are highly desirablePrevious experience using RMS9 highly desirable
Other Requirements Prior To Commencing
Must have a current First Aid CertificateNational Police ClearanceCurrent RSA Certificate or willing to obtain oneCurrent drivers licenseCurrent ABN/ACNCurrent Public Liability. You will require your own Caravan / Motor home
