Casual Boutique Coffee Specialist – Penrith

Flexibility is key – this casual role requires a minimum of 3 days per week (approximately 24 - 38 hours), including Thursday late night trade along with both Saturday and Sunday shifts. Additional hours may be available based on business needs. 

What you’ll do:  

• Welcome customers and share your love of coffee.  

• Create meaningful connections by offering great service and product knowledge. 

• Support your team to deliver memorable customer experiences. 

• Confidently use POS systems and digital tools to provide seamless service for every customer. 

• Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while ensuring the boutique always looks its best, with shelves stocked and safety standards upheld. 

• Bring energy, curiosity, and passion into every shift.
