About the role
Five Star Outdoors is looking for a full-time Service & Installation Technician to join our Adelaide in house team. If you like working with your hands, getting out on the road, and seeing the job through from start to finish, this is a role where you can really make an impact.
You’ll be installing and servicing outdoor and indoor products like Zipscreens, Outdoor and Indoors blinds and shutters, helping deliver a smooth experience and top-quality result for every customer.
Salary is negotiable based on experience, with earning potential up to $90,000.
What you’ll be doingInstalling outdoor and indoor products safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Servicing and maintaining existing installations.
Helping customers with enquiries and service requests.
Keeping your vehicle, tools, and equipment in great shape.
Delivering friendly, professional service every time.
Working closely with sales and operations to keep jobs moving smoothly.
Experience in outdoor and indoor blind installation or service work is preferred but not essential. We will train a keen junior should they fit all other requirements of the role.
Solid practical skills and confidence reading drawings and specs.
A customer-first mindset and good communication skills.
A current driver’s license.
The ability to work independently and within a team.
Good physical fitness and the ability to safely handle heavy equipment.
Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety.
