Clubhouse Operations Supervisor

Boomerang Hills is nestled in Mudgeeraba's tranquil hinterland, just 6 minutes from the M1 and 20 mins to the beach. We are a multifaceted destination featuring a unique 9 Hole Golf Course, recently opened $1M Putt Putt, Café/Restaurant (4.6 star rated) and renown wedding facility, The Acre.

We are offering a Fulltime Operations Supervisor position, who will enjoy a diverse week working a 7 day roster and shifts between 5:00am and 6:00pm predominantly. With opportunity to work 4 and 5 day weeks, there is great flexibility to enjoy the GC lifestyle, whilst ensuring our high traffic hospitality needs are met each day.

The role is hands on and suited to an upbeat person who enjoys customer service and holds ambition for future growth in our business, as we evolve to further precinct capital ventures including accommodation and wellness precincts longer term.

We are hiring two (2) staff in this role to support our Operations Manager (OM) with a healthy rotation of working days each week, including RDO cover (Sunday and Monday). The incumbents will be required to operate autonomously and guide a young and energetic team, upholding our venue standards each day.

Role Responsibilities:

• Daily hospitality service ie, food, beverage, barista, course

• Golf and Putt Putt check-ins

• Guest bookings and enquiries

• Venue set-up, presentation and cleanliness

• Co-hosting of golf days and Putt Putt events

• Daily venue operations

• Supporting, training and delegating within in the operations team

Key Qualities:

• A positive, friendly and professional attitude

• Strong customer service skills

• Enjoy a dynamic and high volume environment

• 7 days rostering availability

• RSA certificate

• Hospitality & Barista experience highly regarded

• Reliable transport and punctuality
