Role Purpose 

• Understand Clients’ business problems and engage in Client servicing to manage peer-level Client relationships 

• Develop an accurate and realistic design plan along with risk mitigation solutions for the project 

• Liaison with Information Architects, Designers & Business Analysts to finalize the usability and feasibility of interface designs 

• Effectively communicate responsibilities to the track leads and mentor a collaborative team to deliver Client expectations 

What you will bring 

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a background in Computer Science (or equivalent) and a deep mastery of core fundamentals that drive scalable, testable architecture which is now applied to designing and shipping AI-powered products for customers. 

• Hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), spanning both backend and frontend technologies with focus on Python, Java, React or similar frameworks, paired with fluent use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate delivery. 

• Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade LLM, agentic and workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Azure AI Foundry + AIFS, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore or comparable enterprise AI platforms, including practical use of agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or Strands. 

• Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests across the full stack, including AI-enabled application components, service integrations and workflow automation. 

• A demonstrated track record of leveraging AI to fast-track outcomes for customers — compressing discovery-to-delivery timelines, automating repetitive engineering work, and lifting code quality and throughput. 

• Strong understanding of agent orchestration, prompt design, tool and function calling, grounding, memory and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). 

• Experience implementing intelligent document processing solutions, including OCR, vision models, document classification, structured data extraction, schema validation, confidence scoring, benchmarking/evaluation and human-in-the-loop review. 

• Understanding of enterprise AI security and governance, including identity, secrets management, auditability, data privacy, responsible AI controls, cost management, production observability and operational support. 

• Demonstrated ability to deliver production-ready AI capabilities within fixed sprint and release constraints, considering security, privacy, cost management, monitoring, reliability, release governance and ongoing operational needs.
