The Opportunity

Your primary focus is driving growth: prospecting, initiating conversations with property owners, uncovering opportunities, and booking appointments.

You won’t do this alone. You’ll work directly alongside top performing Lead Agents, gaining real time market insights with continuous 1-1 coaching, industry leading tech, and dedicated career support every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Business Growth: Uncover market opportunities through active outreach, phone calls, door knocking, and targeted community engagement.
• Build Relationships: Initiate conversations with local property owners and nurture genuine long term relationships.
• Database Mastery: Build, update, and manage a high value pipeline of prospective sellers.
• Live Sales Experience: Attend client appointments, open homes, and auctions alongside our senior agent.
• Hit Targets: Consistently work towards clear, achievable KPIs for prospecting and appointment booking.

• Open to All Backgrounds: Prior real estate experience isn’t required, we hire for personality, drive, and culture fit.
• Course Ready: Completing your Real Estate Registration is required, but don’t hold back if you’re still researching or in the early study stages. We want to hear from you!
