Weighbridge Administrator

The role

We currently have an opportunity for a self-motivated, customer service focussed person to join our supportive team as an Administrator / Weighbridge Operator at our Fernvale site. This full-time permanent opportunity will see you perform general administration for the quarry, provide customer service to internal and external customers, as well as carrying out site inductions and providing sales support at our automated weighbridge.

This opportunity will suit you if you are focused on delivering excellent customer service and committed to safety and continuous improvement. You will also be someone who can work well in a busy environment and manage their time and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform general administration duties
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Take customer orders and process sales
• Provide sales support at our automated weighbridge

About you

• Experience in customer service and/or administration
• Sensitive to customers’ needs and can develop positive customer relationships
• Able to prioritise multiple tasks and organise your work effectively in a busy environment
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work self-directed and in a team
• Reliable with a positive work ethic
• Comfortable working with computer and Microsoft Office programs
