Join our established venue in the beautiful town of Margaret River, WA, where you’ll work alongside a dedicated team passionate about great food and quality service.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the Head Chef with the daily operation of the kitchen

• Supervise and support kitchen staff during preparation and service

• Prepare, cook and present meals to a consistently high standard

• Ensure food is served promptly and in accordance with recipes and portion requirements

• Assist with menu planning, daily specials and food preparation

• Monitor food quality, presentation and portion control

• Maintain food-safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards

• Assist with stock control, ordering, deliveries and inventory management

• Minimise food waste and help manage kitchen costs

• Train and guide junior kitchen staff

• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen

• Take responsibility for kitchen operations in the Head Chef’s absence

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of two years’ experience as a Sous Chef

• Strong kitchen organisation and leadership skills

• Sound knowledge of food-safety and hygiene requirements

• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a busy kitchen

• Reliable, professional and able to work well as part of a team

• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

• Reasonable additional hours may be required, up to 45 hours per week

• Evening, weekend and public holiday availability is essential

What We Offer:

• Annual salary of $80,000
