Portfolio Manager

About The Role
Kinetic IT are currently seeking a Portfolio Manager to join our on-site customer dedicated teams. This role will join a large account delivery team and have responsibility for overseeing operations in Project Services, with a focus on portfolio governance and maintaining communication and strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities will include:

• Portfolio Governance and Delivery Assurance management
• Customer Stakeholder Management
• Participating and contributing toward internal governance meetings
• Team Management of the Project Services Team
• Project and resource forecasting and workforce planning
• Updating Account processes, methodologies and templates
• Managing and supporting PPM Tools, i.e. Dashboards, Dynamics, etc.
• Internal/External coordination on operational, commercial and contractual requirements for new or amended services
• Facilitating the project engagement process (on major accounts) and the SOW development process

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Previous experience in a Portfolio management role
• Experience with HR management (performance appraisals, remuneration reviews) of a team
• Experience working in a multivendor/outsourcing environment
• Project Management Qualification such as PMP, Prince2 or similar advantageous
• Existing AGSVA Baseline Clearance (preferred) or ability to hold and maintain clearance
