SALARY: $74,500 per annum (pro rata), plus 12% superannuation
POSITION SUMMARY
The Ticketing Programs Lead is responsible for the delivery of Adelaide Fringe ticketing programs, including the Community Fund, Media Accreditation, Awards, Honey Pot, Access, Fringe Ticket Giveaways, tourism packages and, where necessary, additional support to the Schools Program.
The role runs the Community Fund, leading both the ticketing and the relationships behind it, collaborating with the Business Development team on budgets, funding and recipients. It also leads Adelaide Fringe tourism ticketing, working with Marketing and Business Development to grow tour group and package business.
The Ticketing Programs Lead sets direction across the wider program portfolio and line manages the Ticketing Programs Coordinator, who leads Media Accreditation and media outreach and delivers the day-to-day ticketing behind the remaining programs. Together they make up the ticketing programs team, alongside the Schools Program Lead and Schools Program Coordinator, who sit separately under the Ticketing Manager. The role works closely with the Ticketing Manager, Assistant Ticketing Manager and the artist ticketing team, and collaborates across Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Customer Experience and Digital to deliver these programs accurately and on time.
During the delivery period of Adelaide Fringe, from 19 February to 21 March 2027, the role works flexibly across evenings and weekends alongside the wider ticketing team.
