West Moreton Health is one of Queensland's most diverse and rapidly evolving health services, delivering health care to over 300,000 people across Ipswich, Boonah, Gatton, Laidley, and Esk.
We provide preventative and primary healthcare services, ambulatory services, acute care, sub-acute care, oral health, mental health and other specialised services, including prison and youth detention health services, and alcohol and other drugs services to the region.

About You
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Experience in effectively leading and managing large complex projects within the healthcare environment.Experience in developing and implementing commissioning activities as part of an infrastructure delivery project.Superior communication and engagement skills, conveying clear and compelling messages with the ability to develop strong and trusted professional relationships with key stakeholders particularly in a health service environment.Proven analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills including the ability to negotiate, respond promptly and authoritatively within short timeframes, influence stakeholders and manage staff/consultants to effectively achieve project outcomes.Ability to apply knowledge and comply with relevant Queensland Health and wider Government policies and delegations, including the ability to operate in a complex, sensitive and time critical environment and a record of achievement in meeting project milestones.
