About the role:
As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will assist our Business Services department doing entries monthly into spreadsheets and online systems. This is a full-time position at our Head Office, located in Springfield. Initially office based whilst training however once established there is opportunity to work in a hybrid WFH capacity.
Key responsibilities:
Generate invoices/ credit notes for customers
Collect customer payments
Process customer receipts daily
Collaborate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and resolve any issues
Track budget revenue forecast
Process new customer credit applications according to company process
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the finance team
Key requirements:
2+ years' experience in a similar role
High volume data entry and invoicing experience
General knowledge of accounting principles
Experience with the Microsoft Suite and NetSuite (desired)
High volume attention to detail
Proven rights to work in Australia
Willing to undergo pre-employment background check
Willing to undergo pre-employment medical check
