The client is seeking an experienced Contract Management Technology Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on contract management systems, processes and governance across a diverse portfolio of corporate, commercial, landowner and construction-related agreements.
Role
This role will be responsible for delivering improvements to contract management capabilities through a combination of business process transformation, governance uplift and supporting technology solutions.
Accountabilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of contract management initiatives from discovery through to implementation and adoption.Drive improvements to contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes, governance and reporting capabilities.Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the management of corporate, supplier, landowner and construction contracts.Deliver enhancements or implementation of contract management technology platforms and supporting processes.Establish governance frameworks, controls and reporting mechanisms across the contract portfolio.Ensure alignment with Victorian Government governance and procurement requirements where appropriate.
What you'll need to succeed

Demonstrated experience delivering complex business and technology projects as a Project Manager.Strong understanding of contract management processes, governance and lifecycle management.Experience delivering initiatives involving: Contract Management Systems Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Platforms Procurement and Commercial Systems Supplier and Vendor Management ProcessesStrong vendor and third-party management capability.Excellent communication, engagement and stakeholder management skills.
