Business Continuity Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Manager or Subject Matter Expert with strong Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Enterprise Resilience experience to lead an independent capability review and develop practical recommendations for a major organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead BCM and Enterprise Resilience current-state and maturity assessmentsConduct document reviews, stakeholder interviews and workshopsAssess BCM frameworks, BIA methodologies, governance, crisis management and incident responseEvaluate integration with Enterprise Risk ManagementPerform gap assessments against ISO 22301 and relevant Australian risk and security frameworksDevelop BCM frameworks, resilience playbooks and supporting templatesCreate an implementation roadmapPrepare executive-level reports and present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
About YouAt least 5 years experience in BCM, Enterprise Resilience or related consultingProven experience conducting maturity assessments, independent reviews and gap analysesStrong knowledge of BIA, BCM frameworks, crisis management and incident responseExperience with ISO 22301Understanding of risk management, governance and GRCAustralian Government or highly regulated environment experience highly desirableExcellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, report writing and presentation skillsAble to work independently and confidently engage with senior stakeholdersOpen to work on a 3-month contract duration
