Snap Fitness Club Manager

About the role

As the Club Manager of Snap Fitness Dubbo, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management and operations of the club. This role covers all key areas including lead generation, sales, marketing, customer service, setting group fitness timetables, managing Personal Trainers, and building strong relationships with both members and the wider Dubbo community.

This is a full‑time position where you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of the club.

Dubbo has undergone a major renovation and upgrade to its facilites, including the addition of a brand‑new Pilates offering, extra space and additional equipment. This makes it an exciting time to step into the role, with the opportunity to lead the club on the back of this major upgrade, elevate member experience, and drive strong growth through new services and improved facilities.

What you'll be doing

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure all members have a positive experience at the club

• Driving sales through local community and corporate outreach. 

• Foster a motivating and collaborative work environment for the team

• Develop and implement marketing and member retention strategies to drive club growth

• Ensure the club maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance

• Foster a motivating and collaborative work environment for the team

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them effectively

• Gain satisfaction from operating, selling and promoting an exceptional fitness facility!

What we're looking for

• Experience in a similar Management or fitness industry role highly regarded

• A proven ability to meet sales targets & KPI's and have strong focus on customer service

• Leadership and people management skills

• Have a professional approach to work.

• Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities

• A passion for health, wellness and delivering exceptional member experiences

• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Competent across social media platforms

• Certificate 3 in Fitness looked at favorably but not necessary, We are able to assist in obtaining club management certs.
