As a Shop Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes customers, leads volunteers, and helps create a warm, inclusive environment in your local Red Cross Store. In this hands‑on role, you’ll support the day‑to‑day running of the store by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and assisting with donations. You’ll work closely with the Shop Manager to deliver retail KPIs and lead volunteers to ensure the store is safe, organised, and ready for trade each day.
