About the Role

We're looking for a confident, caring physiotherapist to join our principal physio Matt on a part-time basis. You'll work with a loyal, predominantly private patient base — primarily sport and musculoskeletal — with the occasional DVA, NDIS, CTP, or WorkCover patient in the mix.

This is a role for someone who takes pride in their clinical work, enjoys owning their patient relationships, and thrives in an environment where they're trusted to get on with the job.

• Hours: Up to 20 hours per week — days and times flexible
• Start date: ASAP
• Remuneration: Permanent part-time. Above award base rate + super + commission structure, negotiable based on experience

Your Caseload

The vast majority of our patients are private-paying sport and musculoskeletal presentations. You'll also see:

• Acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
• Orthopaedic rehabilitation
• Sporting injuries
• DVA, NDIS, CTP, and WorkCover (smaller proportion of caseload)

What the Role Looks Like Day-to-Day

We run an admin-free model — our virtual admin team handles phone and email enquiries during business hours, so you're not tied to the phone. When you're on shift, you own the room:

• Manage your own schedule, including bookings and rebookings directly with patients
• Process patient payments at point of service
• Liaise with the virtual admin team where needed

About You

Essential:

• Minimum 2 years clinical experience
• Confident managing a varied caseload independently (you'll sometimes be the sole clinician on site)
• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Eligible to work in Australia without restrictions or supervision

Highly regarded:

• Experience in Pilates or reformer-based rehabilitation
• Women's health experience
