MC Truck Operator

Qualifications & experience

• MC licence with a solid driving record - Driving history report will need to be provided. 

• Up to date pre-employment medical will be required.  

• Tipper experience is desired but not essential.  

• Have or willing to obtain BFM accreditation.

• Permanent casual position initially with the potential to become permanent full-time to the right applicant.  

• Interstate drivers will be considered for this position.

Tasks & responsibilities

• We are a small family run bulk haulage company based in Gooloogong NSW.  

• We are seeking a professional, well-presented truck operator for local and interstate work operating an A-Double. Our trucks are equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave and Starlink supplied (driver to pay subscription)

• Would suit someone who is proficient in both city and country driving, mostly east coast runs - would be away for 4 nights a week, longer during busy times i.e. Harvest. Looking for a person with basic mechanical knowledge or plain common sense.

• Candidate must be focused on safety, operating with integrity, respect and care. This opportunity is suited for someone that is reliable, a team player who can follow instructions but can work with minimal supervision. Both men and women are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communications skills and the ability to complete paperwork in a timely and proficient manner. Computer and smart phone literacy compulsory. Our drivers utilise an EWD.

• Position entails carting of mostly grain and fertiliser plus busy harvests, this includes cleaning out of trailers when changing products.

• Work is Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to work weekends available.
