Front Counter Cashier/Kitchen all rounder

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service — Greet customers warmly, answer menu questions, and provide friendly assistance
• Order Processing — Enter orders into POS accurately for dine‑in and takeaway
• Cash Handling — Process EFTPOS and cash payments, issue receipts, manage change
• Food Packaging — Pack takeaway meals neatly and ensure correct items are provided
• Front Counter Cleanliness — Maintain a tidy counter, condiment area, and customer waiting zone
• Coordination With Kitchen — Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow
