Store Manager - Southland

Due to exciting growth plans and recent internal promotions & moves across the business, we’re looking for a driven, people-first Store Manager to take the reins at our Southland store! This is your chance to lead a passionate team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Drive sales performance and smash targets
• Create a high-energy, positive store culture
• Partner with your Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success
• Run a smooth, efficient operation—without ever compromising on service

What we’re looking for

• Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; alternatively, if you have supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or similar and are keen to learn - we are keen to teach! so we strongly encourage you to apply.
